Instructions:
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, onions, sauté till soft.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and spices. Cook till oil separates.
- Add capsicum and cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in paneer cubes and kadai masala.
- Cook for 5 more minutes and serve hot.

Serving Suggestions:
- Best served with naan, butter roti, or paratha.
- Can also be paired with veg pulao or jeera rice.
- Add fresh salad or boondi raita for balance.
