  • 500 g chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Heat oil, add onions, curry leaves, and sauté until golden.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, fry for 1 minute.
  3. Mix in chicken pieces, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook well.
  4. Add tomatoes, cook until soft.
  5. Add 1½ cups water and simmer until chicken is tender.
  6. Finish with garam masala and coriander.
