Instructions:
- Pressure cook mutton with turmeric, salt, and little water until tender.
- Heat oil, sauté onions, curry leaves, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Add chili powder, coriander powder, and tomatoes. Cook until soft.
- Mix in cooked mutton and simmer with masala.
- Add chopped gongura leaves, cook until wilted and blended.
- Finish with garam masala.

Serving Suggestions:
- Best served with hot steamed rice.
- Can be paired with jowar roti or chapati.
- Add papad and onion salad for a complete Andhra meal.
