Instructions:
- Dry roast semolina until fragrant. Set aside.
- Heat oil/ghee, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili, cashews.
- Add onions, ginger, and carrots. Sauté.
- Pour in water, add salt, bring to boil.
- Slowly add roasted rava while stirring continuously.
- Cook until soft and fluffy.

Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with coconut chutney.
- Pairs well with sambar.
- Can be topped with ghee for extra flavor.
