  • Curry leaves ginger, black pepper (to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Grind soaked urad dal into thick, fluffy batter.
  2. Mix in chopped onions, chili, curry leaves, and ginger.
  3. Shape into doughnut-like rounds.
  4. Deep fry until golden and crisp.
  5. Drain excess oil and serve hot.
