Instructions:
- Boil the vegetables until just tender.
- Grind coriander seeds, cumin, peppercorns with a little water into paste.
- Heat oil, sauté onions and chilies. Add ground masala and turmeric.
- Stir in cooked vegetables, salt, and thin coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add thick coconut milk at the end, stir gently, and switch off heat.

Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with Goan rice or chapatis.
- Works well with sannas (Goan steamed bread).
