  • 200 g all-purpose flour

  2. Whisk egg yolks, sugar, and coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour and nutmeg, making a lump-free batter.
  4. Pour a thin layer of batter into the dish, bake until golden.
  5. Brush ghee on top, add another layer, and repeat until all batter is used.
  6. Cool, slice, and serve.
