Instructions:
- Heat oil, add onions, curry leaves, and sauté until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, fry for 1 minute.
- Mix in chicken pieces, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook well.
- Add tomatoes, cook until soft.
- Add 1½ cups water and simmer until chicken is tender.
- Finish with garam masala and coriander.
