  • 500 g boneless chicken bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • Curry leaves
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, spices, ginger-garlic paste, and flours. Rest 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil, deep fry chicken until crispy and golden.
  3. Fry curry leaves separately and garnish on chicken.
  4. Serve hot.
