  • 2 tomatoes pureed

  • 2 tbsp oil

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, onions, sauté till soft.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, and spices. Cook till oil separates.
  3. Add capsicum and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in paneer cubes and kadai masala.
  5. Cook for 5 more minutes and serve hot.
