Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon, and spices for 2+ hours.
- Grill chicken until charred on edges, set aside.
- Heat butter + oil, sauté onions until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and dry spices. Cook until thick.
- Add grilled chicken tikka pieces, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cream and garnish with fresh coriander.
