Instructions:
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, then onions until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cook till soft.
- Mix in turmeric, chili, coriander powder.
- Add potatoes and cauliflower, mix well.
- Cover and cook on low until tender (~15 minutes).
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix.
- Serve warm.

- Enjoy with chapati, paratha, or phulka.
- Can also be served with dal and steamed rice.
- A perfect side dish with rajma or chole.
