  • 2 medium potatoes cubed
  • 1 small cauliflower florets
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, then onions until golden.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cook till soft.
  3. Mix in turmeric, chili, coriander powder.
  4. Add potatoes and cauliflower, mix well.
  5. Cover and cook on low until tender (~15 minutes).
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Serving Suggestions:
  • Enjoy with chapati, paratha, or phulka.
  • Can also be served with dal and steamed rice.
  • A perfect side dish with rajma or chole.
