  • 2 cups bajra flour pearl millet flour
  • Warm water as needed to knead
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ghee for serving

  1. Mix bajra flour with a pinch of salt.
  2. Add warm water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Take small portions and roll gently (use your palms, as it cracks easily).
  4. Cook on hot tawa until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Smear with ghee before serving.
