Instructions:
- Pressure cook chickpeas until soft (20-25 min).
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, onions, sauté until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, spices, cook till oil separates.
- Add boiled chickpeas with water, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Notes
Serving Suggestions:
- Best served with bhature (Chole Bhature).
- Can also be enjoyed with puri, chapati, or jeera rice.
- Add pickled onions and green chili for an authentic touch.
