Instructions:
- Grind coriander, green chilies, ginger, garlic, cumin, peppercorns, turmeric, and vinegar into a smooth paste.
- Marinate chicken with this masala overnight.
- Heat oil, sauté onions until golden.
- Add chicken pieces with marinade. Cook covered until chicken is tender (35–40 minutes).
- Roast on high flame at the end for smoky flavor.

- Garnish with lime wedges and onion rings.
