- Grind red chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, vinegar, and salt into a smooth paste.
- Stuff the masala inside the cleaned mackerels.
- Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry fish on medium flame until golden and cooked.
- Serve hot with rice or Goan bread.
