Instructions:
- Grind red chilies, cumin, and vinegar into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds and onions. Sauté until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, cook until soft.
- Stir in the chili-vinegar paste, turmeric, sugar, and salt.
- Add prawns, cook covered for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Adjust spice and vinegar to taste.

- Pairs well with plain dal or mild coconut curry.
