Instructions:
- Grind chilies, coriander, cumin into a paste.
- Heat oil, sauté onions and tomatoes until soft.
- Stir in spice paste, turmeric, tamarind, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add prawns, simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Stir in coconut milk, cook another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Serve with steamed rice or Goan red rice.
- Pair with fried papad and pickle.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
