  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Notes

Serving Suggestions:
  • Serve with steamed rice or Kerala red rice.
  • Goes well with appam or idiyappam.
  • Add stir-fried vegetables as a side.
