- 500g prawns (cleaned, deveined)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1½ tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
Notes
Serving Suggestions:
- Serve with steamed rice or Kerala red rice.
- Goes well with appam or idiyappam.
- Add stir-fried vegetables as a side.
