  • 500 g mutton boiled until tender
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp black pepper coarsely ground
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

Instructions:
  1. Boil mutton with turmeric, salt, and water until soft.
  2. Heat oil, sauté onions, curry leaves, and ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Add chili powder, coriander, and tomatoes. Cook well.
  4. Add cooked mutton pieces and roast until dry.
  5. Sprinkle ground black pepper, mix thoroughly.
  6. Garnish with curry leaves.

Notes

Serving Suggestions:
  • Pairs perfectly with Kerala parotta or chapati.
  • Can be served with rice and rasam.
  • Add onion raita for balance.
