Instructions:
- Boil mutton with turmeric, salt, and water until soft.
- Heat oil, sauté onions, curry leaves, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Add chili powder, coriander, and tomatoes. Cook well.
- Add cooked mutton pieces and roast until dry.
- Sprinkle ground black pepper, mix thoroughly.
- Garnish with curry leaves.
