  • 1 cup sabudana tapioca pearls
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts coarsely ground
  • 1 medium potato diced
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • Salt to taste use rock salt for fasting
  • Fresh coriander and lemon juice

Cooking Instructions
  1. Soak sabudana: Wash and soak sabudana in water for 4–5 hrs until pearls soften.
  2. Prepare khichdi: Heat ghee, add cumin, green chilies, and diced potato. Cook until potato is golden.
  3. Add sabudana & peanuts: Mix in soaked sabudana and crushed peanuts. Stir gently for 5–6 mins.
  4. Finish: Add coriander and lemon juice.
